In our contract we signed for 40 hours a week from 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. However, all it takes is a talk with your manager and you can figure out something more flexible if you want. As a new grad it is not recommend doing much remote work. The company is already trying to get everyone back in the office so working from home is not something I do as new grad.
The employer is pretty understanding if there are personal reasons to not be at work and for working hours, but they are pretty strict on not doing remote work. Also the workload is quite high and the company is often understaffed so there is a lot of pressure to complete a high workload.

Good company culture avoiding over-working employees to avoid burnout. You work 40 hours per week and only extra as absolutely necessary.
Remote work seems to depend on the person and their role, at times seems a bit unfair when it seems I would very rarely be given the opportunity to work remote but is what it is
