It has been made clear to us that if we preform we will have a job at the end of the program, additionally the opportunity the program provides to meet and work with a wide range of people is great. Additionally the program gives us access to a wide range of the leadership teams.
Generally quite good career progression after the graduate program, a wide range of roles are available, but can be affected by consistent restructuring & business change. Good opportunities for development.
Great opportunities to progress into many different roles. However Fonterra does not do any design engineering so finding it hard with a significant lack of calculations and numbers, the main reason why I chose to be an engineer
