Acceptably challenging, the program was competitive so the assessment day we had was a good test of our knowledge and ability to work with others, it was a hard but fair process where they gave us plenty of time to demonstrate why we should get the job and show our strengths.
The interview process was more intensive than other companies. First a standard online online application also included one way video responses, then a phone screening interview for 20 mins, along with some online psychrometric and aptitude testing. This is followed by an assesment centre, consisting of an interview, individual activity, group activity and information session. This required significant preparation.
- Initial submission - Basic maths, cognition and pattern recognition test - Online interview making a business case in 45 mins and presenting online - Next day, in person assessment centre with other applicants, work on same business case as a team, further interviews
The interview process is lengthy, involving a phone interview and an intense assessment centre day. The assessment centre consists of scenarios, group work and Indvidual presentation. A big day but thoroughly enjoyable.
Lots of phone, psychometric testing, online assessment day will other people who are applying
