Good for a graduate program with scope to improve pay over time
The bonus is dependent on company performance, but reasonable. Overall, the pay and benefits are disappointing. Average or below average compared to other roles. There is a severe lack of transparency around the pay and benefits when applying for this role and others. Aside from the bonus, there are no other significant benefits. No extra leave, minimum Kiwisaver contributions.
Seems fairly equitable to other grads around the country, 10% bonus is great.
The pay is great for a graduate position, was not expecting to have bonuses so this is an added benefit. Don't enjoy monthly pay but you get used to it.
Could be better based on similar industry companies and being auckland based and having to move around to different regions for a rotation means there are lots of additional costs. We do get $2,000 gross for moving to a new region, however, after tax this didnt result in much at all.
