There is a nice balance of guiding you through and developing skills whilst also allowing for individual growth and discovery.
The training programmes and opportunities are good, lots of options available and encouragement to partake in courses and development opportunities. Mentorship is supported too, from a senior leader. Could improve more in general performance coaching.

You are given such an in-depth onboarding experience that allows your opportunities that are tailored specifically . Once in the role you are integrated into your position and continually supported by everyone.
Great presentation course which has helped me immensley. many other workshops and things like that too. Tey have put workshops on that benefit us personally too not all for the benefit of the company
