People at Foodies are super welcoming and nice! The culture here is amazing and are always happy to help if you need help with anything. As there is hotdesking here, you may or may not end of talking to someone you don't know and so you get to develop your network due to that. In my team specifically, the culture is super friendly, and everyone gets along well. There is encouragement to meet outside of work once a month and during lunches we all usually sit together- this would be subjective of your team.
The culture at foodies is second to none. Celebrating all different cultures, and their ways of life. The cultural days especially are awesome, giving insight into their religion and beliefs and sharing that with the office is something that is always a highlight. Every difference is celebrated at foodies, and its very encouraging to see in such a big company.
The culture is great, we always have things to do outside of work, I do feel that the location of our office and how often people work from home does hinder the amount of socializing but if we were in the city and people took the bus we would go out more than we do after work.
The workplace culture is supportive and collaborative, both in the office and after hours. Our team operates in a linear structure, which helps clarify roles and responsibilities while still encouraging cooperation. Teamwork is strong—we communicate well and support each other to meet shared goals. Socialising among colleagues is relaxed and friendly, with occasional team lunches or informal catch-ups that help build rapport. The culture promotes a healthy balance between professionalism and approachability, making it a positive environment to work in
I dont know too much about the workplace culture. It's a big office.
