I have observed a positive commitment to diversity and inclusion, with employees treated fairly and respectfully regardless of their background. Opportunities for collaboration and participation appear accessible to all team members.
Love it. Got cultural and societal tribes for LGBTQ, Indians, Chinese, Polynesian, Maori just everything you could want
I have observed a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion within Foodstuffs, particularly through the collaboration of people from different backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise. One example is the use of tribes, networks, or groups that help create a sense of belonging and provide opportunities for employees to connect with others who share similar interests, identities, or perspectives. These initiatives help celebrate diversity while also encouraging understanding and collaboration across the wider organisation. I have also observed that recruitment and supplier engagement processes focus on objective requirements and capabilities, helping to promote fairness and consistency.
The company respect diversity and inclusion of many ethnicities. Company looks at employee as individual with background and skills level without caring about where they come from or what they look like.
