We do financial bookkeeping for stores so that in-store staff can more fully focus on customer interactions and increasing customer satisfaction. The importance lies in making sure financial reports are being accurately produced by the data that we input on the day-to-day.

In my day-to-day role, I support supplier compliance by managing supplier approvals and certifications as well as working with these suppliers to address any faulty product issues. I also review suppliers looking to onboard with Foodies to ensure they meet our regulatory requirements before their products reach store shelves. Another part of my role involves initiating and distributing product recall notifications, analysing supplier data to identify potential risks or trends and researching regulatory requirements such as the Food Act and the Food Standards Code, to provide technical guidance to internal teams and suppliers. Overall, my role acts as a link between suppliers, stores and various Foodstuffs teams, ensuring customers can trust the safety and quality of the products they buy.
My role was to support and help to bring innovate ideas and improvement on the current operations. I was being able to involve in project of transition of implement new WMS into current manual Distribution Centre operation. Workplace offer flexibility on my working time schedule that give me time to organize my personal life and work. But that the reason why it helps me to contribute further the work outcome without limited of timing in a day
