At Foodstuffs they sometimes have free samplings of any new products coming to the market from suppliers so you're always trying new things which is pretty cool. The company also has a hybrid and flexible working policy which really helps with the work-life balance. It's nice that you can go to your appointments etc during work but as long as you get the work done. There is free parking, birthday leave, and you get 5% discount at supermarkets.
I don't think I have experienced any of the perks listed above yet. I am aware that this comes with time. The only reason I am slightly unsatisfied with the salary is due to being told that I will be on a training salary until mid-year reviews where it will get bumped up. Only to find out they do not have the money to increase the salary anymore, just a little bit of false hope.
