The work hours at Foodstuffs averages out. Some days I may finish early and some I may finish late, but in total the hours end up being around 40. The company has a flexible and hybrid working arrangement although depending on your team, you may be expected to come to the office 2-3 days a week. WFH is quite normalised in the company, some people may work odd hours which suits their schedule and as long as the work gets done.
I think we have the perfect balance, we work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. And WFH Monday, and Thursday. We also go out for lunch on the last Friday of the month as a team. It is a good mix.
They are super flexible, we do a lot of remote working which is amazing. If you have a doctors appointment at 2pm then you just finish the hours at the other end or start earlier
My work hours are typically from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, which works really well for me. There is options to work remotely but most of our job is better done on site and since the work environment is lovely It makes it 100 times easier to want to come in to work. The work hours are different for each department in our specific department we work shifts and the flexibility to change and adapt work hours heavily depend on the availability of each team member luckily we've got a great team!
