Very easy to talk to others across the company at different levels and disciplines. Great quality colleagues and fun to hang out with fellow graduates.
The structure is good, and good support from seniors and everyone in the business. The culture is ok but some rules are frustrating such as the no headphones, etc. The culture is good and lots of social activities organised and everyone is always happy to help.
Culture is great, with monthly social events and plenty to take part in. The Graduate Forums are great too, and everyone goes out for Dinner and Drinks after. The Auckland Graduates usually go for lunch together every Friday as well.
The culture during working hours is great, though at times, the office can feel like a library. The buy-in to social events is a little lacklustre, but I suppose it can't be blamed as we all have lives outside of work. The diamond structure is lauded as such an integral part of the Frequency day-to-day operations, but in my time as a grad, there has been very little diamond structure, and the work is done with no regard for the diamond structure.
Workplace culture during working hours in good, the offices are social and everyone is approachable, regardless of office. The structure of the company has a general hierarchy, but the senior members are present within their projects and in the other offices. All levels of the company interact with each other, which smooths that difference between levels. Higher levels dont look down on graduates/interns because of their role, and are always open to helping.
