Yes, I would say managers at Frequency are very accessible and supportive. My line manager is approachable and makes time for regular catchups, which gives me the opportunity to discuss my workload, career goals, and any challenges I may be facing. We also have a Personal Development Plan that helps guide my professional growth and ensures there is a clear focus on development.

Direct manager is very accessible, provides good feedback and is great to work with. Praises and provides recognition well when deserved.

Managers can at times be difficult to properly get a hold of for more than a surface level discussion, and it seems there is a focus on their KPIs instead of helping out where required which has created a (small) disconnect I feel

My manager is awesome. He is a good mentor, very knowledgeable when it comes to client-side project management, and also very easy going. I have heard good feedback from others about their managers too.

My managers are the best. They support me while still giving me the space to take on responsibility and grow, which I really value. They're approachable and easy to talk to, which makes them great mentors. Communication is open, feedback is honest and constructive, and they're good at recognising and praising good work when it's earned.
