Office is easy to get to, near main roads and public transport centres. Office is modern and equipment is good. Food, snacks and drinks available to the works is a nice touch.
The location is good, parking is good for the location, fridge has food stocked regularly. Dress code is certainly a collared shirt and dress pants - would be nice to wear some slightly more casual clothes and shoes every so often, especially if we know we are just in the office for the whole day and not meeting clients.
Office is nice and spacious and has a table tennis table downstairs. Dress code is business casual. I usually wear dress shoes, dress pants, and a dress shirt.
The office itself is great with a great deal of benefits such as the lunch supplies, snacks, drinks, and of course, the drinks trolley. The current office music situation is diabolical. We just about hear the same songs every second day, and some of the selection is truly distracting. I find that any song where the melody is recognisable very distracting - doubly so when it is an emotional acoustic cover. It is not much better with the 'lo-fi' selection of music as these are often covers of pop songs. In my opinion, the music needs to be unrecognisable and understated - there are playlists of lofi that are suited to this, and I'm sure there can be other genres that are suitable for the office. Additionally, there needs to be thousands of hours' worth of music to prevent the sounds getting stale/repetitive. I believe the music is a great idea but there definitely needs to be an improvement on the selection of songs - I am sure you won't find this opinion uncommon.
Office facilities are good and well maintained. Any needs that are raised in the office are addressed timely, office environment is great.
