My interview process was not standard, and I got fast-tracked into a final interview with my direct manager. I have heard from other graduates that the interview process is very difficult.
Easy recruitment. One interview (which is an outlier for this company), and that was a very casual and easy conversation/interview.
Fun and casual, but difficult/time-consuming through multiple stages.
HR team was efficient - I didn't expect the turn around to be so quick. Very easy communication with quick response times and both Amanda and Ingrid were great to interact with. The 10-minute presentation on a passion was a bit uncomfortable to prepare but looking back, is a great way to sort through applicants.
Process was smooth and easy to follow, timely responses once submitted etc. Felt that between interview/meetings there was a slight lull in communication. Potentially a phone call during that process as a follow up would have been good. Not an issue just a personal preference.
