The team expects a good level of punctuality, but there's flexibility if you need to start later or adjust your hours, it just comes down to good communication. It really depends on how each team works; for example, my team starts early, and we've settled into a good rhythm with that. We work best when we are all in the office, bouncing ideas off each other and being just a shoulder tap away, and we're often on site too. That said, some people work from home for personal reasons, so there's flexibility there when it's needed.
