Fujitsu is so much more than you think! Fujitsu is seen as a global leader in technology and business solutions that transforms the world around us.
Due to the flexibility of being able to WFH, the culture is lacking as we aren't seeing each other very often. I would say that I'm close with my team/manager as I have regular calls with them however it is difficult to build meaningful professional relationships over a screen. However, when all us grads are in the office it does have a sense of camaraderie which is super nice.
