I personally don't know but from what I've heard from friends its good, it seems to be that if you put in the hard yards and show that your valuable and good for the company they will promote you.
Im an intern at the moment so promotions aren't really a concern at the moment
Yes, the opportunities are these for those prepared to learn, upskill and develop. Found Fulton Hogan was involved in many more projects and roles than I could have imagined.
Starting out as an intern, you can take on a graduate roll once you graduate from your relevant degree. After the 2 year graduate program you can become an official site engineer and then from there, there are several pathways that could lead to project engineer, construction management or higher roles in the company.
Early in my career but seem to be lots of opportunity for growth and development which aids in promotion possibilities. Seems to be lots of opportunity through various aspects of the business, able to develop yourself into a role youre interested in.
