Culture is good. Everyone gets on and does their job.
Most of the people I work with are supportive and caring, they want to do a good job, and are willing to help others so the job gets done. Moral would be better if we had functioning equipment and enough of it. We have had a lot of staff turn over, with people leaving due to communication difficulties between the levels of the organisation.
Great environment, helpful and supportive colleagues. Maintain professionalism.
Since I joined this graduate programme, I have had a really good relationship with all my team mates
in terms of culture, it has been some great teamwork during P2D 1B1 in terms of getting answers and getting things done.
