From what I seen the company promotes and so on based on competency which I how it should be. Everyone is included and there is a very diverse bunch and all seem happy.
I do get a bit put off by alot of the promotion about women in construction "As great as this is!", I find as a woman myself it can a bit uncomfortable to be constantly reminded about it, and I feel sorry for the hard working guys having to constantly gear about it. Woman who have chossen to work in male dominant industries know its challenges, mindsets and attitues have envolved. Promoting it can cause unintended diveristy.
On the job I was on, there was a very diverse and equally treated team, which brought together people with different backgrounds and ideas to contribute to the team
Very diverse and inclusice work environment.
