Pay seems suitable for my current position.
I am on a Salary so I receive no bonuses. I am above the living wage and am grateful for this. I was surprised to discover that there is great variants in the salary for graduates. It is also surprising to find out that when we are on night shifts we do not get the same perks as wage workers. e.g. night shift allowance, away from home allowance, travel allowance.
Average pay.
pay is good. but a vehicle for a grad should also be available since I go to site everyday and I have not given any vehicle.
there's always room for improvement in terms of my growth within the company.
