Managers are pretty good. Sometimes it'd be nice to have more time with them in regards to training.
There is a great variants between managers. Some are very approachable and care about there staff, whilst others are sited as the reasons for leaving the company.
Good managers, busy but still have time to support their engineers and provide constructive feedback.

Manager has been a great mentor not only in my existence to this company, he's made us welcome in to this company, he's held session for Grads where he's able to apply his experience and knowledge in educating us on the processes and how we could manage. So far, we have manage to use email and Microsoft teams to communicate, when I need something or when there somewhere I need to be. Recently had a performance which company hold once every year which was good to recognise is some areas and set some goals for what's to come in the next year.
