#4 of 20 in Project Management
I wasn't there long enough to do any training. I did however learn to weld after hours which was very valuable.
You are trained and are able to freely ask questions based on what task you are doing.
Good and are ongoing.
I didn’t receive so many formal training sessions in my role as there were only really 2 or 3 interns at the job of varying experience. However informally I learnt and observed how projects are run and managed efficiently and was taught how to use excel and other software to manage this. I was also taught site-based skills such as using surveying equipment and communicating with contractors, etc
Graduate programme offers lots of opportunity for learning/skill development and exposure to different parts of the business. Lots of different training for specific and broad skill development Skills regarding Communication Health and saftety Management Qualifications etc Do not recieve coaching / mentoring directly. Likely dependant on your managers leadership style
