Pretty good.
Long hours, however that is construction.
My contract states 40hours and above, but generally I work 60 hours a week. There are not enough hours in the day to fulfil the requirements of being onsite and then completing paper work in the office. It would helpful to have the opportunity to work from home on the paper work to avoid distractions in the office. It would also be helpful to have an IT person that knows what apps can be useful per department and be able to teach/ video on how to use app so administrative tasks can be done onsite. It would be useful to have time to work on graduate programme tasks.
Some days are long working hours as current project has a deadline. Working more than 60 hours per week and some Saturdays.
I work 45 hours per week on average. Company is pretty flexible
