The hours where big but that was good as I wanted experience and money, I did not get remote work except for some QA documents I completed over the Christmas break.
Good, its expected that you work 40 hours in most jobs. Though you can work more if you'd like
They have been supportive, while I complete my study.
The company expected me to be available to work between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday with a maximum of 72 hours allowed. The average day was from 7am to 5pm however with minimal to no variation. This is understandable however due to the nature of the role.
Flexible to a reasonable extent. As long as work gets completed as expected and i am meeting requirements no one monitors my time directly. Responsible for my own time management and if time off is required for good reason it is allowed. Have not asked about remote working but think it would be fine if good reason.
