None so far, think it might be office location and current company situation though.
The graduate cohort is observed as one group during the graduate programme so there's not really room for promotion until you finish the programme, unless all grads get a promotion at once. Though if you are going well, you can get recognized through bonus or gift rather than formal promotion.
we get reviewed at least yearly with lots of opportunities to pick up new skills,
Currently extremely limited in my progression based on being a grad so no comment here
I'm not too sure about what promotion or career progression opportunities are available to me at the moment
