
Quite committed actually. Lots of upcoming calendar invites, meetings, emails, headsup and initiatives in the social setting to promote diversity.
There are committees for women in engineering, pride committee, cultural committee, neurodivergent committee etc. so they make an effort to ensure these voices are heard at a higher level. They also set diversity goals/targets for recruitment e.g 40% women by 2030.
We recently updated our parental leave policy and reintroduced a career comeback program for people who had to leave the workplace. We have flexible hours and wfh options. Employee resource groups for several communities and work to improve uptake in several underrepresented communities
