Don't really feel like mentors. More of mentoring to get the work done & jobs out of the door.
I personally have a really good manage with a lot of communication. We have scheduled fortnightly catch ups to discuss what I'm doing, how I'm enjoying it, what I want to be doing. There's always opportunity to express interest in other things. They want you to succeed within the company so will generally do what they can to make sure you are doing what you want and enjoy. E.g I expressed interest in work another team was doing, so my manager reached out to them and I was able to help with a couple of projects
My manager is accessible, and I feel like I can discuss any matter of issue with her as it concerns my work. She is very open with giving and receiving feedback
I think the managers here are really good at their job and are really approachable
My managers are very easy to speak to, great mentors and very inspirational. I feel like they care about me and my career
