Workplace culture in the office is overall positive, with very little hierarchy. Everyone is very approachable and will make time to help. Teams do work in silos however there is a lot of in person collaboration that keeps the business going. After hours culture doesn't really exist, most people leave early and it makes social events and interaction quite hard, especially with the WFH days.
