Very little formal development training and opportunities provided in the graduate program. Majority of learning opportunities are run internally and give a high level overview with little to be taken away as skills. Coaching and mentoring is in place, however the structure is not there yet and is not as promised when coming in. This is an area where I expected more and am dissapointed.
