
Yearly review and the career path for the first couple of years is fairly clear for junior staffs
Promotion happens yearly unless otherwise. Will have to meet a particular standard in order to progress further. We have performance managers and individual goals to help us fulfil our career aspirations.
Promotion path is made clear when starting the role, usually expect to get promotion once a year if progressing as expected up to senior role. It usually will take longer to progress each role from that point onwards but the path is pretty clear.
