I feel we have a good amount of diversity and inclusion in the office, everyone is friendly and inclusive towards staff.

Given my relatively short time in the organisation, I haven't yet had deep visibility across all aspects of diversity and inclusion. However, there does appear to be a genuine effort to recognise and support different cultures. I have seen steps taken to be inclusive of cultural practices and beliefs. While this is positive, it can at times feel more aligned with meeting expectations rather than going further to actively celebrate and embed diversity in a deeper way.
