Went pretty smoothly and was the fastest one to receive feedback among others.
Interview process was very good compared to other interviews I went through. The recruitment team are very helpful and the process is pretty straight forward. One IQ test, a one way interview with a few questions and one interview with people from the company. They allowed me to do the interview online as I did not live in Wellington at the time, which was appreciated and helpful.
Interview process and assessments are pretty similar with other firms.
