The organisation appears to place importance on sustainability, and there are visible efforts and initiatives in this area. However, given my relatively short time in the role, it is not always clear how consistently this is embedded in day-to-day work. While the intent is evident, there may be opportunities to further integrate sustainability into practical decision-making and increase visibility of impact.
