I've learned lots of technical skills, excel skills, documentation skills, etc. The firm provides frequent training both online and in person.

We have had grad training programmes and they have helped my development with certain sections, we have monthly feedbacks which is good for my development to see what I have done well and what I can improve on.

Formal good through study. Thrown a little in the deep end without knowing much but people definitely willing to help

While I have been satisfied with aspects of the training provided, much of my learning to date has been on-the-job and through practical experience rather than formal training modules. Additional development has often come informally through guidance from team members and leadership. While this has been valuable, there is an opportunity to strengthen more structured internal learning and upskilling resources, such as business unit-specific training and broader professional development content.
