Work hours are your general 8:30-5, working hours are flexible as long as you get your work done. Allowed to work from home.
Work hours are pretty flexible with the recharge policy (37.5 hours per week) as every Friday is a half day, provided your work is on track, however this is not always the case and usually as you move up the ranks and take on more responsibilities you are expected to work longer hours to ensure you meet deadlines etc. You can work from home occasionally but as it's a team focused job it's not always possible.
