We do 7.5 hours per day from 8.30 - 5. But we often have to work overtime or during weekend for audit. We can work from home if we don't have to be at client's site and have no meetings. In audit, usually we have to be at client's site.
I have set hours 8:30-5 sometimes work a little after 5, have yet to work from home but im sure that will come.
Great - have flexi hours up to 4 hours a week where you can leave early/come in late/leave through the day if needed for appointments etc, and make it up through the week. can work from home 2 days a week.
My employer is generally flexible with working hours and arrangements. There are some limitations, as there remains an expectation to meet role requirements and client commitments. However, anecdotally, I have seen colleagues with caring responsibilities able to do school runs, work from home on certain days, and make use of a range of flexible arrangements to balance their responsibilities.
