Our organisation is more concern about its employee health and their wellness all the time. Everyone were treated equally here.
Very balanced.
This is a very diverse place to work, when I walk around I see staff members with all different cultures/ethnicities and there is no discrimination here. They value Maori culture and I can see they try incorporate the culture into our workplace. When I applied for the role, a huge amount of the questions were about how open minded/accepting you are of all kinds of people, which shows it's important to be that kind of person in this work place.
