Pay rise will be based on the performance reviews.
They really make sure that we are paid according to the performance and even the competency level that we are at.
There's no bonuses that i'm aware of. I wouldn't say the pay is competitive as obviously our salary are tax payers money so it'll never be. However, the enviroment/flexibility ect makes the pay worth it. In saying that the pay isn't bad at all and i'm more than satisfied with my graduate salary, as I feel like i'm getting paid to learn :)
