It is also nice to be progressing alongside the graduate cohort. Annual performance reviews also provide an opportunity to receive feedback, discuss career goals, and recognise strong performance, which can lead to bonuses and promotions if expectations are being met.
Holland Beckett is keen to retain young lawyers and as such has a clear career progression model. Partners are supportive in helping young lawyers attend workshops for development and get experience.
Senior solicitor is automatic after 5 years, I am hoping to achieve this sooner and it is possible with the support of your supervising partner.
