From my understanding, this is above average compensation for a graduate law role. We also receive a $1,000 clothing allowance, professional studies are paid for, a work cellphone (including phone plan), a laptop and admittance to the graduate scheme (this allows for specific bonuses over 5 years depending on how long you decide to stay with the firm).
Generous leave policy, annual wellness benefits/bonuses and time off. They pay is exceptional for a graduate role, however, I am not coming from a place of a graduate in terms of experience given my time working at the firm and other qualifications.
Best perks: Admission and profs fees paid for. Phone provided and laptop, and phone plan. Clothing allowance.
We have really good benefits including snacks and free coffees very regularly. We are able to use the company car whenever we need to or want to.
