Dress-for-your-day is great and gives people a bit of flexibility. The new office is awesome and a really nice place to work. The space is modern, comfortable, and makes coming into the office enjoyable.
Our building is brand new with the firm moving into it at the end of 2025. We have a large staff room with amazing views over The Strand. The office is open plan but there are breakout rooms available if you need some privacy or a quiet space to focus. The dress code is professional, however we have a "dress for your day" policy. This means you can dress more casually on days when you do not have client meetings, while still ensuring you are presentable and prepared in case something comes up at short notice.
The current facilities are good. There is an open plan layout in the office which makes Partners very approachable. It is located in central Tauranga and there is currently free parking nearby. We will soon be moving to premises closer to the courts. The dress code is dress for your day.
Beautiful new offices, about to finish building a brand new office in Tauranga which will be spectacular. The facilities are fantastic and the dress code is not overly formal - we have a dress for your day policy so if you are not seeing clients or going to court you can be a bit more relaxed with how you dress which is nice
