Was returning after doing a summer clerkship so did not have another interview.
The recruitment process was straightforward, well organised, and easy to follow. Communication was clear throughout, and I was kept informed at each stage: 1. Application - CV, cover letter, a couple of questions. 2. Email as to whether application was successful to progress to next stage 3. Initial phone call with HR - where you are at with studies, why HOBEC etc 4. Email from HR whether successful to next stage 5. Interview with 2 partners (in person or online) 6. Phone call whether successful to next interview 7. 2nd Interview with partners in specialised teams (in person or online) 8. Call from HR informing whether successful
I was recruited after particpating in the Holland Beckett Summer Clerk program. I received an offer directly after clerking and did not have to interview again.
Staff who conducted the initial interview were very kind and made me feel at ease. HR team was very communicative throughout
Just two interviews, both friendly and no other assessments so felt easy.
