I was recruited after particpating in the Holland Beckett Summer Clerk program. I received an offer directly after clerking and did not have to interview again.
Staff who conducted the initial interview were very kind and made me feel at ease. HR team was very communicative throughout
Just two interviews, both friendly and no other assessments so felt easy.
Interview was formal but relaxed, then second interview was a lunch which was really informal and a great way to get to know the team outside of work
