The firm is part of the Pro Bono Collective being a collective of some of New Zealand's leading firms to provide pro-bono legal advice and improve access to justice. Personally I have been involved in a number of pro-bono matters for charitable organisations. The firm is involved in a range of sustainability and community initiatives, including donations, sponsorships, and providing pro bono legal advice to a number of organisations. Each team also gets community days to support local causes, and there are regular payroll giving opportunities, often supporting environmental or sustainability-focused initiatives. Overall, there is a genuine commitment to giving back to the community and supporting worthwhile causes.
