You are assigned a buddy when you begin and Holland Beckett has good standardised training proceedures for new employees. They are good at helping you reach your CPD hours and my supervising partners have been very good at giving me constructive feedback.
This will be dependent on the team but my team has great associates and senior solicitors who are willing to help you learn. A lot of one on one time with partners as well to work through difficult tasks or to answer any queries.
Lots of training seminars to attend for juniors, and lots of support from team and partners to learn skills and expand knowledge. Lots of check ins from supervising partner. Excellent in this area.
