Holland Beckett is very flexible. Many members of my team work from home at least one day per week. They have been very flexible in assisting me to attend appointments and other commitments scheduled during work hours.
Very flexible with WFH or if someone needs to go to appointments, school assembly etc
Employer is flexible to some degree, however as a grad there is an expectation to be at work not working remotely if possible, but this is for the best. I do find that the one hour promised lunchbreak does get eaten up when combined with the expectation to meeting my budget.
Can work from home if you feel unwell, hours to be worked in contracted hours but if an event is one can come in earlier to leave slightly earlier etc
