Holland Beckett offers flexibility when it comes to working arrangements. While staff can work from home when needed, the expectation is generally that employees work from the office in the first instance. As a new graduate, I think being in the office is better as having supervisors and colleagues around makes it easier to ask questions, learn from others. That said, the option to work from home is available when required, which allows flexibility when needed.
Holland Beckett is very flexible. Many members of my team work from home at least one day per week. They have been very flexible in assisting me to attend appointments and other commitments scheduled during work hours.

Employer is flexible to some degree, however as a grad there is an expectation to be at work not working remotely if possible, but this is for the best. I do find that the one hour promised lunchbreak does get eaten up when combined with the expectation to meeting my budget.
