One of the things I value most about the organisation is the positive working environment. Everyone has been incredibly friendly, approachable, and supportive, and there is a strong culture of helping one another when needed.
Culture between the graduates is good, a bit of distance in trying to relate and build a relationship with other people however.
The office is really social and welcoming and a great place to start out as a grad in the public service :))
