I completed an online application which included providing my cv, cover letter, academic transcript, and a sample of my writing. i then completed an online panel interview, a 24-hour policy test, a 30 min policy test, and then a final in-person panel interview. i found the process not too intense and received good support along the way.
Online interview, then in person interview in wellington - in person interview included a 24 hour written task and a second assessment on the day, coffee with recent graduates to ask them peer questions, followed by a formal interview
Excellent, very supportive and great communication. felt very comfortable throughout the process.
First round was cv, example written work, and cover letter. second round involved a remote panel interview. third round involved an overnight exercise to be submitted the night prior to the interview. during the interview there was a 30-minute exercise that you presented on during the in-person panel interview.
