The interview and assessment process was very well run, with excellent communication at every stage. Throughout the process, I felt welcomed, valued, and supported, which made for a very positive experience as an applicant.
Had to apply and complete online assessments which were alright. Then got invited to as assessment day where we went through a couples tests you could say in which some proved challenging.
The initial application required my CV, cover letter, academic transcript, and an example of work. The second stage was an online interview, and the third stage involved a preprepared presentation and a written exercise which were both presented to a panel, as well as a coffee with previous graduates and a formal interview with a panel.
